What are your Shipping terms?
For export out of Singapore, our Shipping Terms are Ex-Warehouse (Singapore). However there are several other options that you could select from that we could assist to coordinate on behalf of you. We will do our best to ensure that proper transportation and freight services are arranged to provide a seamless delivery experience. We do delivery (terms & conditions apply) within Singapore for local customers.

Delivery Charges are $6 for invoice value below $300.00

What are your Payment Terms?
For export customers, we work on a 30% deposit upon confirmation of order and the balance to be paid prior to shipment. Once a record have been established and the relationship has reached the level of mutual trust, other terms could be negotiated.
Are your parts genuine?
We sell both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts, Aftermarket Parts as well as Genuine parts. We will indicate these very clearly on our offer lists as well as in our web catalogues to ensure that customers are not mistaken.
Do we provide discounts for regular customers or bulk purchase?
Yes we do indeed. We are committed to long term relationships with all our suppliers as well as customers. As such, we think that as long as we enjoy bulk discounts from our suppliers, we would pass this benefit to our customers.

The premium is usually paid for convenience when a customer need some items very urgently which we will satisfy through our well-oiled supply chain, but we do not believe in overcharging our customers at a time that they need us most, so we will be fair in meeting such enquiries.

If customers are regular, with frequent shipments, and when customers could wait for their goods while placing indent orders, it would allow us to better consolidate orders, plan shipment intervals and bring down the prices, thus passing on the benefits to customers. We also do have Quarterly Campaigns that would allow customers to enjoy even higher savings with bulk orders on top of usual discounts. As such we encourage customers to submit their bulk indent list through email to us.

What happens if there is short shipment or damaged goods?
In the event that there is short shipment, we will make up for the undelivered items on the next shipment. If it is urgent, consolidated airfreight could be arranged (subject to weight and dimensions)
Is Parts Infinite Pte Ltd a Trading company?
Parts Infinite Pte Ltd is a trading company in the sense that we not only welcome customers, but suppliers as well.

We are willing to put your items up on our website, or reach out to our network of customers to do the trades. As long as there is demand, we are keen to supply. As long as there is supply, we are keen to seek demand of it.
